FAQs

A hybrid inverter is a inverter that can combine both sources of energy i.e solar and battery energy and convert it into AC power to supply your home or business with energy.

solar panel is a device that converts sunlight into electricity by using photovoltaic (PV) cells. PV cells are made of materials that produce excited electrons when exposed to light. The electrons flow through a circuit and produce direct current (DC) electricity, which can be used to power various devices or be stored in batteries. Solar panels are also known as solar cell panelssolar electric panels, or PV modules.

Solar batteries store energy often supplied by rooftop solar panels or through grid charging. When there is a power outage from the grid side the inverter will then take the stored energy from the battery and convert the DC energy into AC energy and then supply your load.

Usually, you can scale your solar system, depending on what size inverter you start with. For instance, if you start off with a 3kw system then it is not possible to scale up, but if you start with a 5kw system you can always parallel more inverters, add batteries and more solar panels, the same goes for a 8kw inverter system setup and higher.
